Carina is the CEO of Beyonic, based in Nairobi, Kenya.

In her current role, Carina drives strategic growth, new market entry, capacity building, team and project management, and systems design and implementation. She has over 10 years’ experience in Eastern and Southern Africa working in SME development, compliance, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, last-mile delivery, and management. Carina has a deep understanding of how to design and implement international standard projects in ways that are appropriate and effective in a local operating environment. She is experienced designing and implementing landscape assessments, due diligence, regulatory reviews, risk analysis, impact assessment, sustainability planning, and social and biological assessments to applicable local, national, and international standards and regulations World Bank, Equator Principles, and IFC Performance Standards.
