Ijeoma Oyeyinka

Ijeoma is the Head, Human Resources for Helium Health, based in Lagos, Nigeria.

She previously worked as the Head, Talent Management Troyka Nigeria- groupco of several pioneer organizations including the foremost advertising agency in Nigeria Insight Publicis, and security management giant Halogen Nigeria among others. There she worked in the talent and transformation office, building the workforce to deliver on business, innovation, design, and tech. Prior to that, she worked in management consulting in Phillips Consulting, one of Nigeria’s leading business and management consulting firms.

Following Helium Heath's audacious mission to make world-class healthcare solutions a reality for the 6 billion patients in emerging markets, Ijeoma is building a Helium workforce of diverse and brilliant individuals.
