Tolu Agunbiade is the Founder of Caret, a company that connects high-growth companies to exceptional non-tech talent in roles like customer success, operations and administration.

Tolu is passionate about technology, entrepreneurship, and education. Her current obsession is bridging the talent gap and connecting high potential African youth to impactful opportunities. Throughout her career, she has worked to support entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship in organizations like Co-creation Hub Nigeria, Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology (Ghana), and the African Leadership Group.

When she's not breathing Caret, you can find her nose deep in a book (usually something by N.K. Jemisin), video gaming, traveling with friends, or casually researching potential companies to angel invest in.
