Toun Tunde-Anjous

Toun is the Founder of The People Practice, based in Lagos, Nigeria.

The People Practice is a people and tech-focused HR solutions company that helps startups and small businesses scale and accelerates impact by providing bespoke people-centered solutions.

Prior to this, she was the Director of People at Co-Creation Hub and led its people operations across Nigeria, Rwanda and Kenya. She also managed recruitment and onboarding of partnerships with larger corporations including Facebook and the U.S Consulate.

She has a degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham, UK, and a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Aberdeen Business School, Robert Gordon University, UK. She is a Chartered People Management Professional (ACIPD).

She is passionate about changing the culture of work in Nigeria and tackling its talent gap.
