Zamandlovu Ndlovu is the Head of Communications and Brand Marketing at MFS Africa.

Through her work, she has assisted organisations and projects in different industries to build capabilities that connect them with various segments of the public, in support of their organisational missions. In her previous position as Communications Manager at the South African Reserve Bank, Zamandlovu led the development of the digital communications transformation strategy, the brand refresh project, and also supported the Financial Sector Contingency Forum. She was responsible, amongst others, for managing the media relations, social media and internal communication portfolio.

Before joining the SARB, she was Deputy Managing Director of Digify Africa (formerly Livity Africa), a youth new media agency and digital trainer; Director at the National Planning Commission Secretariat in the South African Presidency; and also worked as a management consultant at Accenture for six years, focusing on CRM and customer and channel strategy in telecommunications and government. She was a MISTRA board member and chairperson of the National Development Agency board until September 2020.

She is a published author and she writes a regular column for the Mail and Guardian. She is a UK Government International Leaders Programme alumni (2014) and M&G Top 200 Young South African 2015, and Finweek’s Top Women to Watch for 2015.
